How do I update my payment info?

The cards that our users choose to donate for items on our website is able to be customized in each section.

For people that have a General Donation set up in their account:

  • Log in to the website
  • Go to the page to they can do that from the page to manage your general donation.
  • On that page, there is a dropdown where one can select their donation method. If they need to add a new card they can select that option, and enter their new information.

For people that are interested in changing the card they use for their monthly donation: 

  • Log in to the website
  • Go to your user account area. You can get there by clicking the text 'Account' in the upper right of the web page, and it will open a dropdown in which you will click 'Account Info'.
  • Follow the link that says "Membership" to access your membership donation subscription page.
    • On devices with large screens, this will be in the left sidebar.
    • On devices with small screens, you will first have to tap to access the 'USER MENU' and the link will be under there
  • On your membership status page, under "Current Membership Subscription" there is a dropdown to set your default payment method. If you need to add a new card, use the item in the dropdown with that name, enter the details, and click "Save".

One can also see a list of the cards on their account from their payments dashboard. Setting the default card here WILL NOT override any card that is set as the default on a general or monthly donation. It is just the card to be used as the default for new donations.
